Refund Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your booking online up to 14 days prior to your reserved date. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 14 days remaining until your reserved date you must contact us. Our ability to fulfil your request may be based on the availability of any new, preferred date or our ability to rebook your current date. There may be a price difference based on any new date.

 

A full refund will be given should you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reserved date. Cancellation more than 1 week prior to your reserved date will result in a 50% refund while no refund will be issued for cancellations less than 1 week prior to your reserved date.

 

No refund will be given in the event you are a no-show on your reservation date.

 

Access to the venue will not be granted on your reservation date if there is a balance outstanding. While this should not, in any ordinary case, occur, should it do so then settlement of the balance by credit card or cash (no checks) in-person will be acceptable.

 

After completing the online booking you will receive an email confirmation which contains a link to the Intake Form. The Intake Form must be completed within 7 days of completing the online booking. Under no circumstances will access to venue be permitted if the Intake Form has not been completed.
