Service Description
A member of Charley Parkers' staff will meet you at the venue and provide a tour of the inside space. They will describe what is and is not included in the rental fee, what you can expect in the run up to your reservation and during your reservation period and what is expected of yourself as the custodian of the venue during that time. They will answer all your questions. You may add a service for us to design a table plan for you to either of the booking options.
Cancellation Policy
This service is offered free of charge. You may cancel & reschedule online at any time. Since this is offered free of charge, and because our staff members are busy, we do ask you to consider us should you be unable to attend or no longer wish to and let us know ahead of time. Thank you. IMPORTANT: there is every possibility somebody will reserve the venue for a date & time which conflicts with your tour request. Should this occur we will reach out to you to reschedule your tour. We cannot be held responsible for any fees you may incur as a result of this. In some case it may still be possible to tour the venue during the setup portion of a conflicting reservation.
