Book our modern venue for your weekend event
Service Description
Reserve the venue for a 4 or 6 hour event on a single weekend day. You will have access to the venue up to one hour before your event for setup and up to one hour after your event for cleanup. IMPORTANT: the time you specify when making the reservation is the start of the setup period - please do not arrive before this time unless arranged with us first. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for information on required cleanup activities. A member of Charley Parkers staff will be on-site and available to provide guidance and answer any questions during your rental period. Included in the rental is the "Indoor Space" itself (see description below), use of parking lot for parking purposes only (limited to 27 vehicles including 2 bays for disabled badge holder use only), use of deck in front of the venue, use of lawn in front of the venue for small, appropriate signage, a poster holder adjacent to the venue's front door and the gravel area outside the prep kitchen for load-in/-out & catering. The "Indoor Space" comprises the main room, 3 restrooms (one which is ADA-compliant), a utility closet / cloakroom and a prep kitchen. The prep kitchen contains work surfaces, a refrigerator with icemaker and a 3-compartment sink. No utensils, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, etc. are provided. Included in the rental fee is use of eight 5' round reception tables, 50 cross back chairs, a vintage rolling bar/worktop and one 8' banquet table. Prior to your arrival, those items you require will be placed into the rental space for you to position as desired. We offer a Table Plan design service at an additional fee. Placement of our items according to the plan is included in this fee. Premium quality linens are available to rent at an additional fee. We are more than happy to discuss any specific needs you may have.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel your booking online up to 14 days prior to your reserved date. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 14 days remaining until your reserved date you must contact us. Our ability to fulfil your request may be based on the availability of any new, preferred date or our ability to rebook your current date. There may be a price difference based on any new date. A full refund will be given should you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reserved date. Cancellation more than 1 week prior to your reserved date will result in a 50% refund while no refund will be issued for cancellations less than 1 week prior to your reserved date. No refund will be given in the event you are a no-show on your reservation date. Access to the venue will not be granted on your reservation date if there is a balance outstanding. While this should not, in any ordinary case, occur, should it do so then settlement of the balance by credit card or cash (no checks) in-person will be acceptable. After completing the online booking you will receive an email confirmation which contains a link to the Intake Form. The Intake Form must be completed within 7 days of completing the online booking. Under no circumstances will access to venue be permitted if the Intake Form has not been completed.
